The Esoteric Community is open for any person with interest in spiritual or esoteric topics, regardless of religious views, beliefs and memberships in any church or organisation. Any view expressed and content shared on The Esoteric Community belongs to the person expressing it, not to The Esoteric Community. This is a free community where personal communication and freedom of expression are basic values. Help us keep it that way.

1. Only individuals may join The Esoteric Community. (Neither companies nor organisations may become members).
2. The Esoteric Community offers full privacy, and will not disclose personal information to anyone. The only exception to this is if we are ordered by a legal court. You as a user, however, may reveal as much or as little as you like. The Esoteric Community accepts no liability of any consequence of any disclosure of information.
3. When you leave The Esoteric Community and delete your account, we delete all personal information you gave us when you registered. The ownership of any of your blogs and groups still remaining will be transferred to the The Esoteric Community's Library.
4. The blogs are the intellectual property of the The Esoteric Community Member owning it. The groups are the intellectual property of the The Esoteric Community.
5. Each member has the responsibility for the content they choose to share. The Esoteric Community will not censor any content before it is published, but will take action if the content is deemed to be inappropriate, outside the scope of or contrary to aim of The Esoteric Community.
6. The Esoteric Community has at any time the right to expel/remove any member without giving reasons or notice. However, we will try to give both if such a situation should arise. Likewise, The Esoteric Community may close down at any time without any obligation to anybody. However, if such an unlikely situation should arise we will try to give ample notice.
7. The Esoteric Community has a zero tolerance policy for the following: Using false information when registering. Posting of illegal material such as warez. Posting of deliberately hostile messages. Excessive spamming. Attempts to comprimise the security of any account or group of The Esoteric Community or the Community itself.
8. The Esoteric Community has at any time the right to remove any blog or freeze any group without giving reasons or notice. However, this will normally be in connection with complaints on its subject content, and we will try to get in contact with the owner to resolve the matter.
9. Any Community Member may complain about any content that is unlawful, defamatory or fraudulent, or has foul language, inappropriate material or unwarranted criticism on a subject, group or individual. The Community's Police force has full power to decide on such complains, and to take (or not take) action.
10. Any Community Member may show links to any other site on internet, but only 1 link is accepted to the same adress for any one member. Multiple links or links obviously placed to drive traffic over to other sites will be reacted against.
